If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY or within 36 hours at customerservice@myzho.com with:

  • Name on order
  • Transaction ID
  • Contact number

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
We strive for perfection and quality. Keep in mind when your order is placed, the garment is made afterwards. We make the item specific to your preference or color scheme. Therefore, we do not accept refunds, but you can exchange for another item within 7 days.

In the event the return is due to defective merchandise, or wrong item shipped, please contact us immediately at customerservice@myzho.com for exchange. We WILL NOT accept any items that are not in the condition that you received them in or worn – must be new, unused condition with all tags.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item has obviously been worn
  • The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
  • Stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes are visible
  • Alterations or modifications of any kind have been made
